Seriously Anet it is like you are going backwards and breaking the game with every patch. I watched the ready up about the pvp changes and they mentioned new UI’s . They were so proud of them.. What’s there to be proud of? The older score UI was 10 times better IMO.

The new one is ugly, has HUGE fonts for the names of the characters and lots of wasted space and takes up more room on the screen then the old one.. Looks like trash with all the wasted space all over the place.

I guess I was expecting some newer graphics instead of something someone could have made in paintshop.. 2 Thumbs down on the new UI’s

EDIT: I guess I should of made my post more clear. Its more about the score UI. It seriously looks like it was done so fast, last minute change type of deal, just to be ready for the patch. The other UI’s are nice but this one is just not good compared to the others that were made

I agree with briggah, the new UI’s are disgusting to look at but honestly I don’t even care about that. Post patch we can no longer be in custom arenas during queues, no longer prebuff at the gate, and we have to play Skyhammer, Orb Watch, and Courtyard in RANKED arenas. Not to mention the countless bugs that make it feel like nothing was tested. What a joke.

The score UI is horrible.. Looks like Im’ playing at 800×600 just looking at that hidious thing

“Have to” hmm It would never appear if SOMEONE didn’t want to play those maps. The fact that there there means again SOMEONE in your 10 wants to play it. Probably more than one someone.

I.E. the voting system is working asintended. giving people a chance to play there favorite maps. Woot

Love the new UI

I think the new UI and the accept prompt before a match starts, and the voting on the map are totally amazing. One of the best things ANET have done.

I guess you can’t please everyone. I think the fonts in the match window are ugly, the small characters in the pvp screen immersion breaking, and the glowing looted objects hurt my eyes. On the positive side, the map selection animation and the “boon yah” when the queue is over are absolutely epic.
