Roy/Karl, will these trait unlocks be account bound? I (and many others) enjoy making new characters for sPvP frequently and the lack of account bound unlocks basically kills this.

Will they be account bound ?

i think the new traits unlock will be account bound.

in guild wars 1, skills unlocked by PvE characters are account bound for all PvP only characters.

in guild wars 2, the new healing skills, once unlocked, are account bound.

so, in my opinion, i think, i believe the new traits are account bound.

Mmk, I wasn’t sure because the new healing skills required you to grind for each character you wanted to have it on
