So uhm maby i missed something? but why are there no Elite profession icons in PVP? like you see in wvw/pve..
As to not give away whether they have specced to Elite traits. Else you could easier see what build they might play. Although its hard to believe in this meta, since everyone is using their Elite specialization atm.
