I got on my Mesmer to test both of the new runes sets with my confusion-pistol build and maybe do a bit of Spvp with em while I was there. But I noticed they aren’t at the vendor. Am I blind or are they not added yet?

hmmmm… I wonder why it seems simple enough to add them.
