So i can play naked with no armor at all in pvp and still i have the same stats as if i had equiped armor?

no i think u lose out on some armor values.

but you get most of the stats from amulet and runes though.

I believe having chest, leggings and boots equipped gives you their corresponding level 80 exotic armor values. So nope.

if i equip chest legins and boots i dont see any difference in pvp build stats so im still confused

No im wrong the pvp stats are affected if equip chest legins and boots only the armor value changes .
