Hi all,

Today, i’ve take second place in a free tourney, and havn’t any rewards.
Later, i do a paid, i’ve won it, and no reward too..

What happends.. Any issues? :////

There are a few possible reasons I think this could occur. One is a known issue where you can’t receive reward chests/tickets after transferring realms (EU <—> NA). The other is that the reward won’t appear until you change zones, upon which it will appear in the corner of your screen as a tiny trophy you have to click to receive your reward.

I’ve switch serv about a month ago..
How do i have my rewards? :/

Read the second half of the paragraph.

If you continue to play in your new server region, you should begin earning tournament rewards again once you’ve earned more tournament reward chests than the amount you earned in your original server region.

yea, but i want my yesterday tourney rewards too..

Unfortunately you will not be able to get them. Just keep winning and you’ll eventually start to get chests again but there is no way to get the chests you didn’t get even though you won. It sucks, its a problem that has been around for months but there is nothing we can do about it unfortunately.
