Noob question about Amulet
I’m not saying I would hate it if they gave all amulets the same points. But hard troll.

Troll? I’m mostly play FOTM (almost got all of the fractal skins oh yeah!) and WvW. Check my post history if you don’t believe me but whatever.
Not all attributes are created equal. The combination of some stats with certain builds means that certain amulets can be far more potent for burst builds vs bunkers etc. Outside of certain meta builds, Celestial stats actually handicap players more than they benefit them due to a lack of raw damage output that players that focus on pure offense have. (Case in point, why do you think the zerker meta is the most powerful one in PvE?)

Right compare it with pvp, I bet if they made pve more fighting and less stack in one spot and press 1 the other stats would mean something. Part of the thing that makes pvp the superior game mode to play is the variety of builds that are meta not just zerker everything.

Any amulet with Crit Damage has some funky numbers due to the fact that, at launch, they gave a flat percentage rather than a stat. Crit Damage got converted to Ferocity and the PvP amulets got Ferocity values so that the amulet + 30 (now 6) points in the Ferocity trait line offered the same crit damage as before the update. This conversion set those amulets to having some funky stat totals compared to amulets without Ferocity.
Celestial has always had a higher stat total in exchange for not even matching the secondary stats on any other amulet.
Thanks for the clarification – especially the explanation regarding crit damage.
