Guild Wars 2

I keep getting this message when I try to join a particular match. I can join other matches. How do I find out if I’ve been banned from that room and if so by who (room admin or anet) and for how long?

That’s also the same message I’d get if the room is full.

This may be because the server has reserved slots, and all public slots are filled. It would appear as not full on the browser, but unless you’re on the member’s list, you will not be allowed to join.
