So in the livestream they said rank 39’s and up would be bumped up because of the rank point changes.. but apparently only people ranked 40+ got bumped up. Wtf? How can you inform so wrong? So disappointed.

Every rank after 39 is now 20K rank points.

39-55 is now 39-80. So yeah, no wonder people r40+ got bumped and not the others.
