Since i transferred to NA about a month ago i didn’t get any reward chest for wins not even the Halloween stuff but i assumed it was to do with that, now im still not getting chests for wins

You have to pass the amount of wins you got in EU to receive tourny chests in NA.

Its a known bug and they will never fix it.

I was stuck in that loop, didnt know of the bug till i transfered.

Now the 2nd bummer is if you transfer back to EU, you still won’t get chest until you play enough new EU match to cancel out the NA matches you played all month.
