Has anyone else noticed this? In the last 2 days, I’ve gone from ~10k HP to dead, not downed, by lag.

Happened 3 times, twice I was fighting 2 clone-spam mesmers in a small group fight (3+ from each side). I run a dang good gaming PC and no issues with internet.

I’ve noticed that for some maps, like Spirit Watch, I have fps spikes (from 60 to 25) every 10 seconds or so. This must be an issue that occurred from one the latest patches (june or july) since I have always had constant 60 fps in spvp hotjoin or tpvp and I have been playing since release.

I had 5 secs lag after updating Adobe Flash Player two days ago. Rolling back to a previous version fixed the problem for me.

I remember reading somewhere else that the update caused issues with GW2, but I can’t find the post.

I had this issue as well, but I rolled back my windows Update (for 8.1 Preview) back to the 13th and my problems were fixed.

Sometimes GW2 itself get screwed after patches, usually it’s a good idea to run a repair every 1-2 game patches. (Open properties and add -repair before starting the game, so it looks something like “D:\Games\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -repair. After it’s done you can remove it and run the game as normal.)

because gratitude is a burden and revenge a pleasure.”
