Do they? I know that on crit sigils do infact share cooldowns, but somone recently told me that On SWAP sigils and on crit sigils also share Cd’s.

I believe that is correct, that they do. Though, it seems like they shouldn’t. They REALLY need to work on sigils and clear up tooltips while they’re at it.

As I understand it, all sigils with a cooldown affect each other. The tooltips/clarity needs work but I’m not sure I’d want it changed, actually. There would be some very powerful combinations unleashed.
