Do you guys find that from a spectator viewpoint, only the warrior duels are interesting?

You get to see the telegraphed skills , blow for blow, the feints, the shimmies, the movement and positioning, timely etc etc

The other day my guild made an small 1v1 tournament and there was a point when 2 warriors had to fight. It was long and boring to say the least lol. It took like ~25 minutes to end.

Hambow or zerker war duels are the most interesting one, mind game etc

Watching D/P thieves duel is almost as exciting as washing dishes. S/D on the other hand…

My personal favorite is 2 MMs fighting

2 warriors fighting is the most clean fight you are going to see.

It depends on D/p, sa vs sa can be very long, critical vs critical is really more shorter.

I play many professions, honestly i can say thief vs thief is another game, totally different from play against other professions.

D/p vs D/p is a really mechanical fight, you really need good precision and premonition/big experience to win against a good D/p thief.

But probably is more interesting to play this fight than watch it

I dont like IA (cancer) builds, toomuchinstant build like fresh air Ele or medi guardian and in general condi builds.

I like the other zerk/marauder duels combinations

I can’t stand all the running around with with GS3 and GS5 in warrior duels.

In general, mirror duels are not that fun to watch in that opinion. I like every duel with a SD thief in it, or warrior against mesmer, something with two very different playstyles meeting.

Agree, melee ranger against s/d thief is always a sight to see.

If your warrior/warrior duel ends in less than 15m, at least one of the warrior is doing something wrong, or not master dueling skills yet. GS movement skills can “heal” for about 1.5k by giving downtime to the opponent DPS. There are a bunch of other tricks too.
