They are balancing around pvp, if they really took pve into heavy consideration when balancing they wouldn’t nerf defensive skills very often.

I deleted this post since I double posted but you don’t need defense in PVE so whats your point.

Exactly. But you do need it in pvp, and they nerfed a bunch of sustain skills and buffed sustain skills on other classes… if they were truly balancing around pve they wouldn’t even bother with that 99% of the time.

How long have you been pvping in gw2?
