I doubt it. And guild vs guild is meaningless, all a guild is , is random people who play together, all a team is, is random people who play together. Its all in your head. content wise guild vs guild/team vs team is the exact same.
You can’t have open world pvp in this game with arenanet’s current goal with pve. They want you encourage all the content spread out through every zone, regardless of your level, they want and encourage level 80s to keep going to lower levels zones. How ethical would it be of them if they encouraged higher levels to do lower levels content if they could go and kill any lowbie?
Go play WvW.
Arena net has catered to those that want open world and pvp at the same time. There’s even events out there.
