The PVP PIP System is not the best. Currently I’m Sapphire Tier 5 and i am still stuck here. This has been ongoing for 23 Gameplay hours, Thats 3 days in total. To gain pips you have to win, But you have to win 4 matches as soon as u hit Sapphire without a killstreak. Knowing that killstreaks are valuable what are the chances of someone actually winning 4 games in a row constantly to pass tiers? a very low one. To take this matter into more of a consideration there should only be a 3 game win to proceed into the next tier as clearly this will be a massive problem as soon as i hit Ruby tier. Although matchmaking is “Balanced” its still overwhelmed with different tier of players. Having constant Lose streaks as well should stack the pips as even if u win after ur 3 match loss u still need another 2 games to win. These should stack every 2 match losses so after you lose 4 in a row you should atleast be rewarded 3 pips. This is a massive problem in PVP as now its really RNG based on what team you get without playing as a team.

Maybe you are where you belong. Four necros in a team is incredibly easy to beat. Just focus them one by one, and make sure you play something like a shout ele.

Oddly, I find that the quality of players in Ruby is lower than what I faced in Emerald. It is strange. Not sure why.

Week 1 winning streaks + can’t go back down divisions = players in Ruby who shouldn’t be there?

In soloqueue situation when matched with 4 randoms it’s not always that easy.
I don’t really think that I belong to these tiers myself, since in so many matches that make my starting winstreaks break I get some people to my team, like 4/5 premades who have no idea how their classes even work or how even rotate properly. Not saying I’m a godlike player, but judging by the people who are ruining my progression I just feel like I don’t belong in these lower tiers. It just feels like bad luck

Very strange for me that you get players in saphiere or higher that have no clue… Especially in ruby i would expect that all there know PvP and are good with their build.
I don´t have th time to play so much to go as fast as others. So i am in emerald T5 but all i get paired with seem to know PvP very well. OK had the double cap near or someone trying thief for first time but such is rare after amber.
