Guild Wars 2

I’ve start playing MM necro recently.
It gives me a blast since it’s one of the best bunkers I’ve ever played.
It pwns most of the zerk Mes and zerk thief that I encountered, that they basically just tickle me and has no method of killing me alone, while I slowly worn them down by all the minions and AOE. Even 2 v 1 against zerk classes, I can withstand for a very long duration until my teammates show up.

But aside from all the good things, I have some trouble using Wurm effectively as teleport skill that I often let the foes get a decap because of it. I often find I travel way shorter distance than my original anticipation. (I knew it’s 1200 range only but I find that I often got LoS and move much shorter distance)

Is there any tips as to where I should place my wurm and how I should use it to make it more effective and reliable?

Try always to use terrain where enemies can’t easy follow you.

So there’s no Necro that plays PVP who knows where are the best placement for Wurms?
Sigh, Necro is really the most under-played class.

Necro wurm placement is the same as blink spots.
Here is a super old but probably still overall relevant list of blink spots in all maps. It even includes the rip raid on the capricon.
