Not that I am supporting the redicilous meta we have now, but people should really learn the meaning of a term before they start throwing it around.
No, expansion is not p2win. And no, core game only owners should not be on equal standing with expansion owners. You should see how other mmos handle their expansion and what monomentous advantages expansion owners have against players who have not bought the expansion.
