how can any one lvl in pvp if every one is 30+ lvl above someone why don’t you guys to pvp by lvl 1-10, 11-20, and so on to make it a little more fun and fair for every one else

the ranks dont mean anything except how much you play spvp.

Rank was never equivalent to skill only time played. (or hours farming now)

the only thing that pvp rank means is more weapon and armor skins that you can unlock/use, as well as the next rank finisher…it’s mainly for looks and plus, being a higher rank doesn’t mean that you’re better. It just means that you’ve either spent a lot of time in spvp OR you’ve spent a few weeks farming rank points/glory in Skyhammer just to get to rank 50+ like every1 else is these days…

You can be rank 60 and get absolutely demolished by someone who’s rank 5…

nobody is rank 80 yet. Nobody is. The highest ranking player is somewhere 75-78

I feel the same way, Lux.

When I’m hot joining I will often 100-0 players only to find out they are under rank 10. Instead of feeling satisfied I feel bad for discouraging a new player from playing PvP.

I would like to see a method of solo queue play where players are matched bases on skill level/rank. I would also like to see more 5v5 servers. However, if both those things were added it would just be a solo queue where you could leave. :P

rank =/= lvl

First off, everyone is Lv80 in PvP. What you’re seeing is their rank, which besides determining how much you can get from vendors, doesn’t do much else.

Also, PvP being fun/fair? No chance of that, but that’s just me.
