Do we know when they plan to be introduced? Is there a blog post or something out there that explains everything and has a time-scale of when aNet want to implement it?

No, Anet is even worst than Blizzard for this, they never speak of their plans, everything is super secret.

Look at the chest reward thingy / tournaments down, they ignored all the tweets about it… they could’ve at least said ‘’we don’t know when we’ll fix it, sorry’’, they never said how big the problem was, and left the community wandering.

One day you’ll log on and the paid tournaments will be there.
