So what about the craftable armor from the paid tournaments?What happens to them since, paid tournaments are over?

Both from 1vs1 tourney and ticket vendor are actually paid chests and you get paid tokens salvaging items from them..8vs8 tourn gives free tourn chests instead of paid ones.

So you can still craft inquest, guild (wtf still there -.-) and orrian (crit) with paid token + 5 powders + armor token + sliver …the same for weapons with weapon tokens

Different materials (Orb, crystal or sliver) give you different gear levels orb<crystal<sliver
