Hey guys looking for 1 maybe 2 players who are roughly r40/45+ with paid tournies & serious team experience. Having a decent amount of QP’s would be a plus. I am going to be strict about the rank/experience requirements because we don’t want to be set back on having to train/teach or people having a lot of stuff to learn so unfortunately this is really the only way to try to weed some people out.

Classes we are interested in:
Mesmer (standard shatter)
Guardian (mid bunker & DPS)
Ranger (Trapper)
Necro (power/wells)
Ele (D/D and S/D)

Qualities we are looking for and you must possess:
Rank 40/45+ & Having QPs is preferred
Active daily (mid evening to late night)
Thick skin/Handle criticism and will learn from mistakes and not repeat them
Must have great communication & teamwork
Must have good game sense & map awareness
Must be able to think for themselves and not rely on getting micro managed by team
Must play the classes we need at top tier level
Versatility (ability to play at least 2 or 3 classes at a high level)
Reliable & Good PC, internet & headset

ALL of these qualities are important to us – no exceptions.

We should form an all-warrior team. Combining the uselessness of each of the 5 warriors will result in some serious synergy.

No one recruits warriors, but then no one posts when they lose to them either its expected.

I can play Guardian ( bunker any build ) very well, Elementalist D/D and mesmer.

My mesmer is called Ellen ary, Guardian is The wolf one and my ele is masternewbz.

I can play 3-4 days weekdays and 1-2 days weekends.

I just met the mesmer Ellen ary and murdered his mesmer so any times because he said I was scared of him…. Then he brought his ele and i still beat him .. He has serious anger problems I would never join his tpvp team Ty

I’m a very good Guardian, I play all builds.
I’m also a strong shatter Mesmer and a decent trap Ranger.
I definitely excel a great deal as a Guardian and is thus my most played class.
I have the rank and QP requirements and the rest of your requirements (although I’ll need more clarification on your timezone as to what time XD)

“1-2 r40/45+ players” is about as ambiguous as it is possible to be.
