Guild Wars 2

I’ve seen this a couple times now in pvp where people are perma crippled. It’s not due to other putting cripple on the player. It’s like a permanent debuff. Why is this? Check the screenshot to see what I mean.

Some kind of punishment for something , if I were to guess. Probably doesn’t affect them in PvP matches, though.

This is just the old “burdened” debuff when you had overflow items that didn’t fit in your inventory. They removed the impaired movement a while ago, so it’s more of a “Hey, your inventory is full!” reminder than anything else.
