An old problem “hardly” discussed as far as i can find.

Please make the personal target marker, not the call target marker, another color then the nameplate of the target, and bigger.

Tab target, next target mechanic might need some work, but it would be great if i can see my target when using medium/low settings. now i have to look for the red small triangle that is barely visible.
I’m not sure if it excist but a LoS key “face target key would also help”.

I always thought the red outline (red on enemy) you get on noise over would help a lot if with finding your current target if it didn’t vanish once you hard targeted someone.
