I was just looking for some clarifications on this from someone who may know.

This post is to let you know that glory will no longer be awarded as of a maintenance build that is currently planned for March 18.
At that time we will also be removing all existing random reward chests from PvP.

1. Are saved pvp chests in banks or on characters, from reaching the achievement threshold or gained through pvp, being removed? If you are wondering why they were being kept the idea is that they my contain gold after the update.

2. What is happening to glory boosters after the update?

Are the dungeon/cultural gear vendor going to still sell those gear?

What will happen to tomes of knowledge after glory has been removed?

MMh, they remove glory and implement the new reward system in a later update, leaving pvp without rewards for who know how long? Not cool..

it’s not going to be without rewards, it just hasn’t been mentioned, i made topic of what they should be clear on

they said it before and they said it now they are going to remove glory and ALL pvp chests

I hope they clarify this before Glory phases out.

I would like to know what happens to accumulated glory once it is removed. Is it replaced with anything, or do we simply lose all that and we best spend it all before March 10th?

You can spend it as long as the Glory vendor introduced on 10 December 2013 is there.
The Vendor will be there also AFTER 18 March, but we do not know yet when they are going to lift it from the game.
At that point, if you still have Glory, you will lose it.

What I want to know is while they said they will keep that December 10 Glory vendor (the Koda who sell dungeon and cultural armours and others stuff) after the March 18 update but what is the new currency used to replace the glory needed to buy those stuff or will that Koda just accept coins only?

There better be an answer soon since I don’t want to spend hours to glory farms for the armours I want to get.

They’re not going to remove Glory on March 18th, you just won’t be able to get any more Glory after March 18th so that vendor will still accept Glory.

Ok that clear it up abit and I have read the news again which say we not be awarded with glory. With that being said, how is it we can still earn glory after the update? Is it that bit of glory we get from playing each matches?

So i can only spend my glory on armors which means i have to spend like 100g to buy them and spend all my glory.
And what if i don’t want to buy the armors?Why they do not add a merchant where i can buy something and sell it on tp to make gold?Like wintersday gifts.

True, but this is what is gonna come.
I still do not know if there will be a possible conversion between PvE and PvP armors. I bought all the bags I needed and all the tomes of knowledge I wanted. If I cannot spend the rest of the Glory (or I do not want to) I will lose it. No big deal.

I would like to ask for many who are asking me, why is glory being taken from PvP in the first place? What is the core reasoning?

I would like to ask for many who are asking me, why is glory being taken from PvP in the first place? What is the core reasoning?

Because they want PvP to be based entirely on gold to make it easier to transition from PvP to PvE and vice versa. But mainly for the PvE side of the game, I think they believe at this stage they are trying to lure in PvEer.

This doesnt answer what will happen to all the armor you collected over the months because If we lost them, I m going to be kittened.
