But quiting at the first fight is rarely ,they mainly quit at 3 or 4 times after trying lol , and mostly forgot rotate /get buff/kill lord. Still get some changes if ppl still trying.

In all honesty, the game needs in-game VoIP. The matches are too fast paced and short to rely on little to none voice/sound notifications
A integrated VoIP would be a nice addition, anyway the OP is right: way too often i see people raging after the first minute of play calling out teammates and whatnot.
