Give people some sort of progression or some reason to group up for tpvp, I’m pretty much at the point of quiting because all I do is jump around in the mists all day. Asking on map for a team and in guild for a team, people are not interested other then the people who already have a team and they mostly just play with them.

I realize I could just solo q but that is not why I play this game I wanted to play semi competitively, but it is so hard to get people to play it is awful. I’m not sure why I’m wasting my time anymore because I just jump around the mists messaging people and it is only getting worse.

You can’t find players willing to que with you?..
Maybe the problem isn’t the lack of players…
Crush People, show them your strength, make them want to seek you out for teams…

I don’t know how strong you are but, judging by the fact you can’t get a team you should probably concentrate on getting stronger..

actually I do rather well, when I do play with people I generally hold my own, I am by no means an elite player but I’d easily say above average. The problem being the above average people and below are not grouping as much compared to the top end players.

On top of that I was a top end gw1 player at one time and even before that when I was bad it was never an issue finding a group for hoh or gvg, the large majority is just not as interested in that anymore.

…Well.. I mean.. if you’re as strong as you say, all you need to do is soloque and befriend people…. no other real way to do it.

well I have been doing that, I think some of the issue is everytime there is a patch with pvp stuff, there is an equal or larger pve patch and everyone goes and does that because it has rewards and new stuff.

Well its true, if hes spamming lfg tpvp all day in hearts of mist only thing people can think is “that guy sucks he still aint got no group”, your best bet is to keep tpvping and when you finally win a game let people know your going to invite them to group and invite them to group.

also he’s right to say that, I would think the same thing, even more so if I was good and people always wanted to play with me, in gw1 that would be my response as well.

pretty unfair to blame him for lack of lfg tool & already small pvp population that is split over all those servers.

spvp has a lot to do with tpvp not being played, I believe as well.

I think I’ve played with you before DevO, if you main a thief on jade quarry server I do remember someone kicking you from group and telling us that you suck. Although I didn’t think you was that bad if you are who I think you are. You should try guesting to Anvil Rock they have many more pvp’ers there and not a lot of people standing around in hearts of mist like JQ.

Or learn how to play bunker, because right now…. There aint that many bunkers…. And when solo queing if you don’t have bunker your likely to lose if the other team has one. You have no idea how mad I get when I solo que and see a guardian and I ask “are you bunker” and hes like I’m support or dps… Pretty much telling me you suck and I’m likely to lose this game is what hes saying.

I am on anvil rock and no your not refering to me, also I’m a bunker ranger. My main is Devmac. Also this is where my frustration grows because I am on anvil rock, basically the hub of tpvp.

I’m also in esport guild, the problem being 95% of people are not repping and most are on teams.

Yeah playing on an actual team will be hard for me, because I’m a shift worker, I’m more interested in a guild that just groups a lot or even being an alt for a team. I’m on Atlantic time.
