There are so few players left that I often can’t find a 5v5 game with enough players in it.

However, all those 8v8 hotjoin abortions are filled.

Get rid of the 8v8 please

Seems I have to explain myself : yes, you can display full servers.

And it matters, because you could see that plenty of 5v5 HJ servers are full indeed, and that’s why the ones you can join aren’t.

actually, from your screen shot, there are equal number of full servers for 8 vs 8 and 5 vs 5

and no, do not remove 8 vs 8 hotjoin.

I enjoy playing 8v8s on times when I don’t want to tpvp, I could never play a 5v5 HJ since solo q is the same thing, except winning gives you more rewards (let’s be honest, most matches you can’t even tell if you are playing hotjoin or not in soloq).

Server 101-110 is always populated. Get in the habit of having to spectate and watch a match until the match starts over again.

imagine if he/she killed that one to gain a lil advantage in mid. dat competitiveness you just gave them a reason not too. i wish it was a good fight at the end.

Horrible idea. Let people play the way they want. If you want 5v5, do solo queue.

Really?

Just finished a tPvP session, been playing for ~3 or so hours. Queue times seemed fairly good.

Although, with PvP rewards essentially turned off at the moment there’s probably less people playing than usual.

Since anet was blunt enough to remove underwater combat, i have to protest against this as well. I prefer 8 vs 8 most of the time. 5 vs 5 is slow pacesd, with a very big emphasis on ‘capping’ rather then ‘player fighting player’. But that’s just my take on it.

why remove, if we want more diverse game, it should stay.

not everything has to be tailored to 5v5. sometimes it’s good to have less, sometimes more.

no one is asking to remove wvw to herd players to 5v5 sPVP. what’s wrong with 8v8 then?
