Guild Wars 2

I think an option to save a build(traits, utilities, weapons, runes, and sigils) and quickly switch between them when not in combat would be a great addition to PvP and also PvE. Currently the only way I have to save builds I am testing with, is to take a picture of my screen. This feature was included in Guild Wars 1, why can’t we have it in Guild Wars 2?

They promised that a year ago when Grouch was doing his SotG, I think it was around the Spirit Watch time, some developer suggested that ‘would having it so you can save a template of your build and switch to another make you like this map more?’

Something like that was said, and the answer was yes. I aint got no time to go through all of the sotg to show proof of it but its there.

Sadly they didn’t follow through.

People care more about them making Skyhammer more friendly rather than them use time wisely and make a build template like your describing.

People tend to want more maps, but then want it deleted. But when it comes to stuff that actually makes game better and doesn’t involve ‘delete xyz map, etc’ people tend not to encourage (by commenting) the pvp templates. However do encourage more (by comments) removal of maps, hatred towards maps, etc.

Btw, I do encourage this idea, and have brought it up several times, nothing has happened.

I remember when I brought it up to them and took like a 7 month break or so and came back and saw a new tab called pvp build, I was sure they finally did the templates…
Disappointed as usual, just another way to do what you already do in the hero screen. Such waste of time.

I really wish something would happen with this, it is one of my biggest peeves with this game.
