Like its such a pain that eles will land earthquake 100% because even if you blind AND put up aegis, they can take both off just by SWITCHING TO WATER. so stupid. this doesnt hit anything so why does it proc blocks?

This is a strange quirk, but it also has its drawbacks. Swapping to water attunement while in-range of an ele with shocking aura will stun you. I wonder if this procs retal as well…
