Just a simple poll to see what the community prefers. Do you prefer:

Choice (1) – tournament queues split into Paid Tournaments & Free Tournaments (the current option)

-OR-

Choice (2) – tournament queues split into 5 man Premades & Solo/Duo Queue.

Please vote (1) or (2). I will try to tabulate votes regularly. If you feel like you need to make an argument, feel free.

It seems like a popular alternative (most of the “Other” votes) is to keep Paid Tournaments in place, but then split Free Tournaments into premade versus solo/duo Q.

My personal opinion is that this seems like this might fragment the player base too much, if you’re going to do a premade/solo split, you need to do it for all tournaments.

1. I wish to keep paid touraments, only place people you meet, and compete with, lets you improve and to catch on better ideas.

I would also rly like reapers rumble remade into a game mode

Somehow u have to keep Paid for high lvl of play. But at same time, for free tourneys, you need something to separate premades and pugs, so that way theres no Pugs vs Premades bullkitten.

2. Its simply unfair in the current system where premades always have the edge over you. Free tourny rewards could be turned into the solo/duo queue rewards and paid rewards/costs would become the 5 man premades. However another tournament or way lower ticket costs would be needed because people dont have unlimited tickets.

1. - I can’t even imagine how frustrating and pointless would it be. Solo tournies? C’mon… Add small rewards to hot joins instead..lol

3/ A ranking/matchmaking system for both.

4. keep paid as is, add premade/solo queues for free. If you want to farm tickets for paid tournaments you should still be playing other premades not pug stomping and pugs should not be forced to play spvp to avoid being stomped because as we all know spvp is a horrible zergfest.

Keep paid as it is. For free simply group and pit solo players with/against each other and pit 4-5 man teams queing up against the same.

Not only that but sometimes it STILL feels like going up against a premade lol on many occasion in spvp it seems the enemy team just all decided to type madly and coordinate insanely and just 3 cap us right away and completely destroy us, just like what happens to me in tpvp. I NEVER end up on THAT team.

its because the winning team has 8 people from the start, the losing team constantly has people quitting and new people filling the slots which snowballs. So even though it looks like you have 8v8 you rarely have all 8 on the field because you have quitters and fillers.

Free = built gets paired with built in first elemenation matches only, otherwise mixed. Definition of built be moved to 4+ players queing together, allow up to 3 players to que together as one without it being listed as a built.
