So while its quite obvious the community would like to see some additional game modes, i would like to see what kind of ideas you guys have in your mind which could actually be fun with the combat system.
Personally, i dislike the common ideas about deathmatch(everyone would just zerg) and duels(its a teamgame and most fights would just be decided by class choice).
But i could imagine something like “Fort Aspenwood” from GW1 could be a blast.
A fortress, defended by several npc´s, walls and an main object npc inside, which the attacking team has to kill inside a time limit, while the defending team needs to prevent this. Supply camps outside the fortress to rebuild walls/npc´s.
Some kind of WvW with fixed team size around a single fortress. Guess this could be well balanced through the time limit and amount/strength of npcs.
What do you guys think about it and what would be your favorite game mode?
