Guild Wars 2

Today in a match I saw two different players (who were duo queued) pop up out of downed state after a few seconds with no one around rezzing them. I saw it on one player more than once. I dont have the player names, but I remember the guild tag if this needs to be looked into.

Could they have rallied?

Was there an Engineer at their team? Sneak gyro rezz is incredible… And sometimes stealthed Druids can do similarly sneaky rezzes as well.

Not sure if this bug is still around but if you had a necro on your team and a transferred condition finished someone they can rally an enemy. It’s super annoying but I haven’t noticed it really in a while so not sure if it still happens

It’s most likely a stealth res with function gyro, as the stealth covers the gyro as well. And it stays stealthed for a long time since it can’t attack anything or deal damage in any way.

How about when you get killed right before a match starts and you have to sit in a 15s timer while the game starts without you

Could be engineer’s AED, could be function gyro, could even be mesmer’s illusion of life, but why would you take that skill…

Oh yeah, warriors have downed skill called Vengeance, which will effectively res them for 15 secs. When Vengeance ends, they will be defeated immediately, skipping downstate, unless they manage to kill someone during Vengeance.
