I don’t have any stories of my own, but I found this reddit thread pretty funny. Worth a read, share any weird pvp rage/stupidity convos you’ve had, would really light up my day (bored at work)

This happend like 5 – 6 months back i think but i still remember it.Was in pvp,just hotjoining when i realized we had 4 mesmer on the opposing team…At that time i was rolling an axe/shield – hamm build.So i’d thought lets grab reflective projectiles on shield…About half way through the match i finally found a 1on1 with this mesmer.I played around for a bit and eventually i popped my shield..so clones of me started flying around..The mesmer in return starting Raging….WTF HACKERRRR!!!!,This warrior is making clones of himself using mesmer skills !!!!!

Obviously..i completely lost it, almost broke down in tears from laughing,it was honestly one of the funniest things ever.

Apparently having good mechanics is “botting”. Back story: just playing yolo hotjoin, going far at beginning of match. thief and a mesmer at their far, i down mes, and when the thief is rezzing him i use pistol whip + steal, instantly downing him and cleaving mes to death. he thinks i hack cause i tp while using pw

Also just got reported for killing a mesmer through stealth. Apparently the 1 second he was visible wasn’t enough for me to react to it.

i was switching between greatsword and mainhand sword on a warrior with “warrior’s sprint” to zip out of combat when i needed to heal up and i had someone yelling at me for “speedhacking” XD

also playing a full shadow arts condi thief in hotjoin with perma stealth and caltrop bleeds you can get some epic rage messages XD (obviously not for serious matches, but hilariously fun for messing around)

I’ve got a couple.

1. I was running my glass cannon Bull’s + Frenzy + 100b build for fun and got accused of speed hacking.

2. I faced a well-organized team of an Ele that was basically all Meteor Shower and Ice Barrage, a Terrormancer, S/D Thief, your typical Bomb Engi, and a Bunker Guard.
It was hell

3. I’ve been referred to as a Hambow Warrior on multiple occasions while running Skullcracker.

4. I’ve been told Healing Signet is OP and the only reason I won while using Defiant Stance.

Vingador dies 1v1 on node vs elementalist, i come kill ele and stomp him… the rest of match the silly goose is whispering me in capslocks how i shouldve have ressed him and that im stupid for stomping elementalist cause they got mist form….
Tool doesnt get that getting body off neutral point+ rallying him is more important than picking up hes lame kitten and then stomping ele…

I don’t really have outrageous stories but I did fight a match in Kyhlo once where I used Judge’s Intervention and Sword skill 2 on my guardian for mobility. The other team’s thief was raging that I was using shadowstep and teleporting. When used right JI can teleport you through walls, inside buildings and even up on ledges where normally only eles, mesmers and thieves can get. Even after I linked both skills in map chat he continued raging “Hackerrr!! Reported for hack!”

Best moment was when I was beating a mesmer on the graveyard mid point in Foefire and he fled up on the large ledge above to range me. Normally, you can only get there by going a loooong way around but I just happened to use JI at the same time as his blink, making me teleport right on top of him and killing him.
My team on TS wouldn’t stop saying how amazing it looked but in map chat, he was raging at how OP JI is.

I raged on a the forums several months back when I had a yolo q at 400-495 (im 495) where at the triple cap buff other team had 3 members in down state and 1 person trying to res. In the 3v4 my team didnt attempt a single stomp and got 6 capped and lost.

dumbest thing I’ve ever seen….

ok, ss/lb condi warrior with crazy might duration, will melt anything and fast. theif mesmer try to gank me on a node and instantly melt in the ring of fire. I was downed and rezzed off of them after throwing a few stones at the thief, I immediatlly /laugh. THey both whispered me in rage and called me a noob, then said they reported me. I laughed the rest of the game.

People who get mad in hotjoin for no reason, call your build bad and demand you duel their PU mesmer after which they still get spanked.
