I still see people complaining about condition dmg and condi builds though I think with the introduction of strength runes the meta has now shifted to power/hybrid type builds.

I’ve stopped taking condi cleanse on my Mesmer because the only engineers I see now use turrets, necros are really rare at the moment and the few I meet do use power builds.

I agree , i play eng and now , when i have not to bunker a point i feel that celestial strenght rifle build is more effective than condi spam. I use condi spam only in some kind of fight , for example when it is full of guardians

i still never see anything else on my death breakdown,
even playing my glasscannons it’ll still be something like 13k bleed, 8k burning, 4k poison.

Just look at all of the tournament teams. Usually you’ll see one cond build… if there is one at all. 20% cond =/= cond meta.
