The balance patch has been in effect for a couple of weeks now. A few tweaks have been done since. Can we expect any other tweaks before league? Are there plans to make additional tweaks during league?
I’m excited about the 4 big patches, but do feel at least bi-weekly to monthly tweaks need to occur along the way.
Warriors clearly needs survivability buffs. If they think their current state is fine for the next few months then they have lost another player.

Nope, dont expect to survive in tf if you are using bezerker.
