Supposedly they increased the number of people that can be in an arena from 20 to 25. Since there was a max of 10 people per team, this basically allowed for more spectators.
However, the reserved spots is still maxed out at 20. It was not increased to 25. Hence, you cannot reserve all the spots for your guild or friends or whomever at the present time.
