To sum up every patch in its effects, this is what I see for spvp.
1. Buffing an underplayed build or such, but not to the point of it being competitive or at least more useful than the other other builds already out there.
(flamethrower/turret engi, for example).
2. Nerfing a popular build, to the point where its not playable anymore.
(Quickness warrior for example.)
3. Ignoring the blatant problems with the balance for months
(a lot of builds here that go into #2 after several months of all the players already knowing about the exploits certain builds have).
Seems to me this is just about every other patch. We get a lot of fixes, which is great(!), but then we get all these balance changes that have no alternatives or really anything but straight buffs/nerfs to a small set of skills.
Just wanted to point out that this is what happens every patch. Its not fun to be playing any build that gets nerfed to the ground, or to try out a new patched build only to find out its still mediocre-below-average.
