Pugquest Sign-Ups fixed

Battlefy updated their site this week that screwed up sign-ups so that you couldn’t sign up for either Pugquest. Sign-ups for both tournaments are both fixed and still up at http://battlefy.com/aspectgg

NA is currently at 37 and EU is at 25.
