Guild Wars 2

So I was dueling this thief the other day. Great player, he beat me 8/9 or something like that.

He looked like he was wearing starter everything or guild everything, but he had a purple glow around him.

Maybe it was his symbol on his armor? I’m not sure.

Has anyone else seen this or know how to replicate it? I asked him and he said he didn’t know. I had a feeling he just didn’t want to tell me.

EDIT: Maybe this was “Total Make-over kit”?

Was he a Sylvari? They can glow all sorts of colors at night. If not that I have no idea

Otherwise, perhaps weapon?

This is a glitch with the legendary pistol … Having it equiped in regular world then zoning into mist
