One thing confused me while I was watching the stream, and that is dungeon/cultural armor prices.

For example, TA armor costs 20g in the Mists, and from what I’ve understood PvE players will be able to show their skins in PvP and vice versa.
Now, if I set obtaining TA armor as a goal, isn’t it much cheaper/quicker to farm it from dungeon instance (and earning precious gold in the process, gold that could be used for other skins for example) then spending 20g for the PvP version ?

Or an opposite example with T3 cultural armor which is only 60g in PvP and twice as much in PvE. Isn’t it obtaining PvP version a no brainer ? And if it is, will it draw farmers in ?

Am I wrong/missing something ?

It’s going to require 60k glory too, which is a lot for a pve player. So probably no, people won’t go to spvp to buy t3 (but probably will go to pve to buy t2..)

As of TA, it depends if you really are PvX or not. Getting it farming TA will be cheaper (you’ll even get a lot of gold), but it will take you to a dungeon, and not everyone will like it.

This is actually giving people different options to get their stuff, and this is always a good thing. I don’t see pvp t3 cheaper for a pve player and viceversa i don’t see TA set cheaper for a pvp player.
