You gave us an RNG item and now take it away? Over 100 wins and no gauntlets for any armor type. Thanks for that… Lets talk about making PvP more rewarding and then get rid of the rewards! Fantastic idea.

Yeah, opened kittenload of chests and never got any of those. Either leave RNG rewards in chests permamently or add recipe for them if you wanna keep them for limited time…

Agreed, i also only got one pair of heavy armor gauntlets, and now guess what type of armor i never use…….

on the other hand we got: Added a victory animation at the end of PvP matches.

Wow this is really dumb. They better bring this back or give us a way to craft them in the MF

Id like to preface this with Im not asking for free rewards. Leave them as RNG, but if they are going to be RNG atleast give players a chance to get them. Otherwise add a recipe so that we could craft them. Make it take tons of glory and tons of tokens, atleast Im not left out.

To be fair, they were a RARE item. Not everyone was supposed to get a pair, that’s what makes them special to have if you were lucky enough to snag a pair! Don’t worry, there’ll be plenty more “rare” items that you can shoot for in future events.

Rare items should be obtained through some type of skill metric and not some RNG process. Make things like this acquired through a rating system or something the like.

This. I can understand removing stuff from the gemstore, since it’s not RNG….but removing loot from victory chests without introducing a recipe to craft it? bad bad decision.

Not having the recipe to begin with was the bad idea. Add rare drop for those that dont want to craft, add the recipe for people who didnt get it from chests but have an excess of materials from playing. Remove both RNG and recipe at the same time.

Atleast then its still rare and limited but you dont leave it to be a reward for only the lucky.

those gauntlets were from the molten alliance events.

Pretty sure you can get them in pve, they’re just not called fused gaunts.

I got a pair of med after opening ~70…too bad my Fire God Vambraces are still better

Getting fused gauntlets in PvE took me about 40 minutes. Somehow there EVERYONE could get them with next to no effort.

PvE everyone gets a chance at them… and by chance I mean you do the event and you get them guaranteed. Why is PvP different?

I’m fine with a rare chance, but if we have a pair we will NEVER use can we trade it for its respective counterpart? Or at least salvage it for a guaranteed* (unique) token that we can mystic forge for the one of our choice, otherwise meh…

That event had nothing to do with PvP. I didnt see any dredge popping up during my pvp matches, so what exactly does the running of the event and the availability of the item in PvP have to do with each other?

That’s not the problem I think. They are angry because you could easily get it in PvE, but it was rare in PvP.
This time is was not a pve skin that you could transfer into pvp.

It was. And back then RNG hated me just the same, about 100 chests and only got staff, which I’ll never use anyway.

It is exactly the same as any other event skin guys. It is not a matter of “that even had nothing to do with PVP”.
That skin is connected to the vent. No event, no skin. It was the same for Halloween, it is the same for Rox and Braham weapons.

for kitten sakes! Over 125 wins and I didn’t even get a single pair. meanwhile my teammates have multiple of each armor kind. What the kitten. It was the one piece of gear in the game I’ve actually ever REALLY wanted.

Difference between F&F and Halloween – Halloween items in PvE and PvP were both RNG based. This time literally anyone with a day of little effort could get their guantlets in PvE, while people who played tPvP (like myself; 100+ wins, no gauntlets for any class) did not get them at all. If your going to make it pure RNG in PvE then make it that way in PvP, if your going to hand them out like free candy in PvE you better be doing the same in PvP. Make it limited time, I have no problem with that.

I was around, I opened 100 boxes. According to you I should be swimming in gaunlets. Care to explain why I have none? Oh cause RNG stands for RANDOM number generator and your experiences doesnt mean everyone will share in the same results? I thought so…

I think it would be best to have item require a specific number of orbs, powder, crystals, or slivers. Then if you have all the required components in your I AM A GOLD SPAMMER. PLEASE REPORT ME BY PRESSING THE REPORT FLAG ICON IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THIS POST!, you right click on the item in the bank and then click craft and it appears there in that slot. For special events and living story runs have a specific vendor item to be purchased via glory that can only be purchased during the event and make it take the place of the rank token.

You guys are going to hate me, but after not playing tPvP for months, I played 4 games yesterday, 3 of which I won, and received the guantlets on my second chest. I didn’t even know / care about them.

If only they weren’t medium…

Wait what?? They removed Fused Gaunlet from Inventory?? Or does it stop dropping from chest?? I would be very upset if they removed the gauntlet from inventory…For the second, please give us a change to trade the Gloves to friends at least or mails, I have like 3 Medium and my friend long for it got none…I wish I could give them to my friend…

I opened 370 chests and didn’t get any. Please give me a way to turn my PvE ones into a token to trade for PvP ones kitten . Or give me a recipe that needs like 200 slivers to make. I have mats and glory coming out of my kitten .

I’d give you mine if I could, IMO they look terrible (mainly because they don’t go with other armor)
