For a PvP Guild Mission, it requires 3 people of the same guild to get credit. But the directions state, “Guild team members must win”. Does that mean , we have to create a guild team using the “Create Team” button on the Guild Panel to get credit? Or can we just form a party of 3 and receive credit?

Yes, to receive credit u have to create a guild team and add in members. All members should also be in a party to be in the same match.
