Was looking to buy amulets and jewels however, it appears the this merchant was removed sometimes in Nov or Dec of last year.
Is this correct and does that mean that those items are no longer available?

In the lobby, click the helm icon at the top center of your screen to set up your pvp build. this includes runes/amulets/weapons/sigils/traits.
