Are we ever going to be able to play spvp with our friends?
I might be the only one but what makes pvp fun imo is playing with friends just like most other content in game. So why cant we join as a party?

You mean on both sides? I think custom arenas are for that. And outside them not possible probs because of risk of games getting rigged for one side to get rewards faster or what’s more concerning for a-net, rigging leaderboards.

You Can…
1) Team up with a party of 4 other friends, queue up for Ranked or Unranked
2) If you have 9 other friends you want to play with, purchase a custom arena or find an empty one and play there. My guild, tends to have drunk nights to where we go into a custom arena and fight each other out of boredom.

There are so many servers that you can just enter at the same time with your friends and pick the same team.

I didnt specify, I was talking about custom arenas. I dont consider myself a great player, not only that but Im trying to teach my cousin a thing or two so I dont wanna hurt the team Im at cause of my lack of skill. Thats why I most of the time play custom arenas and from what I know you cant join as a party in custom.

This doesnt always work. Unless the current player are an un even number you cant pick the same team. Lets not forget auto balance

Play unranked and don’t worry about it. You won’t get much better if you mostly play hotjoin.

That guy gets it. You’ll like it better in unranked, even if the first few matches will likely be a bit hard till the system figures out your MMR.
