Guild Wars 2

Hello all. I am a part of a guild that was given a private arena by one of our members.
I may have to step aside my role inside the guild as time at home is getting a bit hard to balance with games and so on.

My question is
Can ownership of a private arena be swapped. Is it possible for the devs to sort this
