How do you get Different gear for transmog now that the Closet has been removed along with the Rank vendors? personal opinion i thought it was Fine the way it was with the closet and the Rank vendors

The wardrobe in your Hero Panel. You may need to click on Equipment or whatever to go “back” and see the Wardrobe as an option. You can also set your finishers, pets, etc here.

Not to sound like a kittening kitten but did i say Change?. asfar as i can read i said How do you get DIFFERENT gear not how to change it

Gem store, or go pve.

You can chose reward track.
Dng reward tracks can be unlocked by doing PvE instance (which they are associated with) and/or there is always one track rotating, so you can get gear without doing PvE.

(In PvP menu you got Reward Tracks section and you choose there your rewards.)

Dungeon reward tracks let you earn dungeon weapons and armour via PvP.

Beyond that, you’re earning coin for each win you get, even if the game doesn’t tell you. Use that money to buy the skins you want from the Trading Post.
