I’m trying to complete the bi-weekly track, and completed the first 2 tiers with no issues.

However, now when I try to progress further matches give me nothing towards the next tier.

Yes, I am playing in progression servers. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

If it helps, the character I PvP with is a level 21.

There is a 2 tier limit per day via Hotjoin matches, which is what you go into when you press the “Play Now” button. This counts for player owned servers as well. Solo and team que give infinite progression. I totally had the same issue a few days ago, so I know how ti feels.

The amount you can get from custom arena is capped to two tiers a day.

Using play it now puts you into custom arena. Try solo Q after you hit the cap.
