Guild Wars 2

Hey, I’m coming from the WoW PvP scene. This game is much more balanced and more enjoyable.

Keep your heads up. It could be a lot worse. Like, WoW worse. Not to mention the community on this game is stellar. I’ve already met some wonderful people.

I am ex Wow player and I have played all mmo’s on market with PVP. I have to say that there is only 2 Gw2 and Wow which have any form of balance. Great that you enjoying and welcome.

i agree that pvp balance in this game is miles better than in wow but updates happen so rarely (1-2 a year) so it is somehow not so different from wow :/

community is small

pvp system itself is still very undeveloped imo, wow at least had meaningfull ladder, mmr etc.

Yeah I hope the ladder systems get worked.

wow is really unbalanced even after 6.1

@Marcos I do not play wow anymore but I am sad to hear that still respect Wow for what it did.
@Cynz Ye that is true. I hope they decide what they want to do and maybe 2v2 3v3 team deathmatch for us:)

Compared to a lot of pvp games, yeah the community is pretty good.

I’ve noticed more random BM in matches lately though… not sure why.

I’d like to know how many games you’ve played in unranked and ranked

gw2 communityis nicest i have experienced….. comming from LoL/wow player :|

Sometime I go and play some lol.
Yes I know it is not mmo but bloody hell…the community there is really toxic.
When you go back to gw2 all haters and ragers you may see lookto be the best friends in the world after that.
