I think there is something pretty easy that must be done to attract more people to pvp ranked mode and bring back many of those who has abandoned it.

It is a good idea to add a queue of 1-2 players, but it would be very convenient for all to add a second choice of 4-5 team match on ranked. This as a result will lower the rage of players, and bring back the nice atmosphere to GW2 as a community and make it more interesting to play as a team for those who like to play premade and count one on each other.

I hope this little change come true, so people will be able to enjoy the pvp mode once again and of course play with friends.

The system was abolished due to the dwindling player base. I mean in season 3 I remember waiting hours while solo queuing from legend to find a game when it wasn’t at peak hours, if they added back a separate queue 5 man games would suffer the same fate. I think automated tournaments or some actual dev feedback about the direction of the game mode would go a lot further then adding a queue mode that will likely only cause more frustration then people currently realize.

Players that lefted the game’s Ranked PvP, wanted better then crap tier’ed quality matches. (I know I was one of them.)

Players who still currently play the game and bash on others. (Well they don’t care about match quality. They just want faster queues.)

Since match quality was the root of most of the evil. That the current PvP community has to endure. Since many just stop playing because of have unfair and broken MM was/is. The community currently is having a population deficiency. The population deficiency on top the special MM is now just blatantly causing RNG matches. Where if you are silver solo losing to top 10 duo you lose around 15 to 25 points. If you win against all odds you win 5 to 10 points.

So this is what you get. A bunch of disgruntled people who voice their opinion about the PvP system in the loudest way they possible can. (By just not playing Ranked) So again we are back in the downward spiral of less and less people interested in playing.

At this point the people who are playing are correct. If ANet actual started giving out balanced matches. The players at the top would not be getting many games to play. (However IMHO I say it serves them right TBH. We voiced our opinions in the past. Even predicted this outcome.) However they was only interested in stomping players who they had no business facing. And they actually fully endorsed this for a while now. At the same telling everyone else who was not ok with this to just shut up and leave. So forgive me or not if you so choose. If I feel no pity for these guys. Actually enjoying their cries for more population. Just like they enjoyed our cries for better quality matches in the past.

All that is left for PvP at this point in the game. Is to bribe PvEers to be fodder for these top players egos. With legendary and ascended gear. Or else less and less people will play continue this spiral. ANet make as well either hand out massive amounts of free gold or just watch it die even faster.

You all made this bed. Now have fun laying in it. Not laughing it up now, when people refuse to put up with such blatant abuse are yall?
